The WEBSKIN packaging process combines the indisputable economic, productive and hygienic advantages of the packaging process that uses in-line thermoforming (thermoforming machine) with the pleasant appearance of the pack made using preformed trays (tray sealer) while significantly reducing the use of plastic.
This preprinted pack with customizable graphics, is made from a reel thus eliminating the storage and management costs of pre-cut sheets.

Cardboard base with a special registration system: Realized through a revolutionary algorithm: forming, sealing, cutting & printing operations are perfectly synchronized!

Speciale stazione di taglio, sviluppata per il settore biomedicale, consente un taglio perfetto della confezione riducendo a zero la possibilità di rilascio di contaminazione con fibre di cartone.

Algoritmo brevettato per la sincronizzazione di fotocellule che permettono di mantenere la macchina perfettamente a passo. Garantisce la massima continuità nel ciclo di produzione e un’ottimale messa a punto del centraggio della stampa in fase di formatura, saldatura e taglio.
